CAREERS AT FRONTIER RESEARCH
We are looking for self motivated lateral thinkers who can work independently on research projects that offer our clients with a different approach to assessing opportunities and risks.
If you have a curious mind and like to question the norm, join our team of diverse, young individuals who share a thirst for knowledge and passion for learning!

WHAT WE OFFER
Career progression based on a meritocracy and ability to progress based on a variety of skills and value addition to the organisation.
Consistent opportunities to interact with top financial services and corporates in Sri Lanka.
A safe and receptive work culture which allows you to voice your opinion freely.
WHAT WE EXPECT
No one will be breathing down your neck - you need to have excellent self-management and be reliable. We expect you to be accountable for your work and your team’s.
We work remotely (a lot) and great communication is what enables that. We use a multitude of online systems to manage our work remotely - you must be comfortable using them as well.
We believe that change is the only constant. You have to be agile and open to continuous learning. Given that our research is non-conventional, you must accept that much of the experience you get will be non-conventional. You need to have the curiosity to search for answers and question theory. We accept failures and will support you along the way.
While we do have some formal training - it's mostly on-the-job. If you want to learn and grow, you will need to stick around. We value our independence in research and expect our team to fully embrace this.
You should have a genuine interest in working across teams and building relationships. While individual performance matters, we thrive alongside our teammates. Be ready to take up challenges and contribute to team goals, stepping in for others when necessary.
We expect team members to have a keen eye for detail but not lose sight of the big picture.
At Frontier team members take on different roles, both simultaneously and over time. We believe in building leaders who can take a diverse range of work and contribute to Frontier overall.
