We work remotely (a lot) and great communication is what enables that. We use a multitude of online systems to manage our work remotely - you must be comfortable using them as well.
We believe that change is the only constant. You have to be open to continuous learning - much of it done online. Given that much of our research is non-conventional, you must accept that much of the experience you get will be non-conventional.
We don't have formal training - it's all on-the-job. If you want to learn and grow, you will need to stick around.

WORKING IN THE OPERATIONS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM
We're looking for interns and full time team members to join our technology team and help us build software systems to streamline and automate our internal processes and enhance how clients receive and experience our products.
WORKING WITH TECH
This opportunity is for those who would like to engage in, in-depth research on contentious themes in economic and sector research. You will be challenged through a variety of assignments conducting deep dives into specific economic questions or sectors, while adding value in the regular research work we do.
This position is designed for those who have just graduated or a maximum of 1-2 years of work experience with a skilful grasp on simplifying economic communication and a comprehensive understanding of current affairs and events. The ideal candidate should be willing to take up responsibility of a challenging nature, which would be given in traditional organisations after many more years of experience. We believe in throwing our fresh recruits to the deep-end concept in general, but this position is catered for those who want to try doing more interesting work and enjoy tough challenges to leap-frog in their career.
The tests we give to recruit for this position and our evaluation will be more comprehensive and tougher than our norm.
